Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Identity and Active Directory specialist to join a production-focused team in an international hybrid Microsoft environment. You will own the backlog, manage incidents, requests and changes, and provide Level 2 support across global teams.

You should have strong AD, Azure AD, ADFS, PowerShell, and security expertise, with proven ability to operate autonomously in English-speaking settings and to drive operational continuity and migration projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Active Directory and Microsoft environments.
• Strong understanding of identity, authentication, and infrastructure security challenges.
• Extensive experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, and Azure AD Connect.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid environments.
• PowerShell scripting to maintain, enhance, and create scripts.
• Good knowledge of PKI and certificate management.
• Experience in critical production environments.
• Ability to manage projects, incidents, requests, and changes.
• Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the backlog, including incidents, requests, changes, and production topics.
• Provide expertise and support to Level 2 teams.
• Track ongoing actions and provide structured weekly updates.
• Contribute to drafting and updating technical procedures.
• Participate in inter-tenant migrations as required by projects.
• Work on transformation, operational continuity, and production topics in an international hybrid Microsoft environment.
