Magellan in Nantes, France, seeks an experienced Active Directory Consultant to lead audits, Entra ID modernization, and Zero Trust initiatives in hybrid environments (on-premise / cloud).

You will administer and evolve AD, deploy Entra ID, manage MFA and conditional access, and participate in identity governance and transformation projects. You will draft technical documentation to support ongoing security improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Active Directory Consultant in hybrid on-premise / cloud environments.
• Proven ability to conduct audits and diagnostics within identity infrastructure.
• Experience with Entra ID modernisation projects and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Ability to draft clear technical documentation and governance artifacts.

Responsabilités

• Work on hybrid environments (on-premise / cloud) with identity security challenges.
• Administer and evolve Active Directory (architecture, GPO, DNS, delegation, hardening).
• Deploy, configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, MFA and conditional access.
• Implement hybrid architectures (Entra Connect / Cloud Sync) and governance.
• Participate in identity security projects and perform root-cause analyses.
• Draft technical documentation and contribute to transformation projects.
