HCLTech is seeking an Active Directory & Infrastructure Security Expert to join our Paris team. The role focuses on expert-level Identity and AD capabilities within a large international organisation, spanning 43+ countries and Microsoft hybrid solutions. Onsite presence is 3–4 days per week.

You will lead transformation and integration efforts, improve AD security, manage backlogs, and provide N2 support while delivering regular progress updates and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale hybrid Microsoft environments (43+ countries preferred).
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end AD transformation projects.
• Ability to produce technical documentation (DAT, User Guides, Installation Guides).
• Strong capacity to manage multiple workstreams across transformation and production contexts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to transformation and integration projects related to Identity and AD infrastructure.
• Improve the security posture of AD infrastructures, manage MCO activities, and drive evolution of Identity/AD environments.
• Manage backlog of tickets (Incidents, Requests, Changes) across the organisation.
• Provide technical assistance and support to N2 entities.
• Deliver weekly status reports and progress updates.
• Drive inter‑tenant migration expertise as part of the transformation roadmap.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for transformation, maintenance, and automation.
• Manage PKI and document classification solutions (AIP).

Overview

The mission focuses on providing expert‑level Identity and Active Directory (AD) expertise within a large‑scale international organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. The workplace spans more than 43 countries and adopts Microsoft hybrid solutions. The consultant will improve the quality and security of IT systems, manage AD infrastructure evolution, handle backlog management, and support N2 entities while ensuring continuity and transformation within a complex multi‑tenant Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to transformation and integration projects related to Identity and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Improve the security posture of AD infrastructures, manage MCO activities, and drive the evolution of Identity/AD environments.
• Manage the backlog of tickets including Incidents (INC), Requests (REQ), Changes, and other operational items.
• Provide technical assistance and support to N2 entities across the organisation.
• Deliver weekly status reports and synthesise ongoing actions and progress updates.
• Drive inter‑tenant migration expertise as part of the broader transformation roadmap.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for transformation, maintenance, and automation purposes.
• Manage and maintain PKI (certificate management) and document classification solutions (AIP).

• Experience working in large‑scale, multi‑country hybrid Microsoft environments (43+ countries scope preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex AD transformation and integration projects end‑to‑end
• Ability to produce technical documentation: DAT, User Guides, Installation Guides, and operational procedures
• Strong capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across transformation and production contexts
• No subcontracting permitted – direct expertise engagement required

Appreciated Skills

• Experience with Microsoft hybrid cloud architecture and Azure AD Connect
• Knowledge of security frameworks applicable to Identity and AD environments
• Experience in backlog management tools and ITSM platforms
• Familiarity with multi‑tenant Microsoft 365 governance and compliance policies
