Magellan is seeking an Identity expert in France to drive the design, security, and governance of identity services across large-scale migrations toward hybrid cloud environments. The role focuses on Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, with autonomy on engagements and complex upgrade projects.

You will contribute to roadmap evolution, implement governance workflows such as lifecycle and access reviews, and ensure secure, scalable identity infrastructures aligned with performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of identity management experience.
• Autonomous on expert engagements and large-scale migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsabilités

• Architecture and design: Contribute to defining technical architectures around identity, aligned with security and performance requirements
• Security: Integrate security best practices into identity and access management services (Tiering Model, ORADAD, Ping Castle, etc.)
• Identity management: Administer identities and access rights via Active Directory and associated tools
• Identity governance: Implement identity governance solutions offered by Microsoft Entra ID (Lifecycle Workflow, Access Review, etc.)
• Environment migration: Lead Active Directory upgrade or migration projects
• Environment modernisation: Support migration projects towards hybrid cloud solutions, notably around Microsoft Entra ID
• Watch and innovation: Contribute to roadmap evolution and adoption of the latest technology solutions

Active Directory and Entra ID form the backbone of identity security for large organisations, in a context of modernisation towards hybrid cloud solutions. This role targets a confirmed Identity expert (minimum 3 years), autonomous on expert engagements and large-scale migration projects.
