HCLTech in Paris is seeking an IAM & Cybersecurity Engineer to provide technical expertise in identity, access management and security platforms. The role focuses on secure access, privileged access management, identity governance and operational security support.

You will implement, operate and improve IAM/PAM solutions, manage integrations, troubleshoot incidents and collaborate with security, infrastructure, application and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM/PAM or cybersecurity environments.
• Knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory or equivalent tools.
• Understanding identity lifecycle and access control principles.
• Experience with incident, request and change management processes.
• Good knowledge of security best practices and operational controls.
• Ability to analyze access or security issues.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid mode at client location)

Role Overview
