ACS Implementation Lead – Client Services

Visa France seeks a proactive professional to deliver and manage the ACS service for French clients, driving project delivery, service management, and continuous improvement of transactional VAS offerings. You will engage across teams to anticipate client needs and develop strong, data-driven proposals.

Role requires strong English and French, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a matrix organization with delivery focus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of card payment transactions (authentication, authorization, clearing and settlement, fraud).
• Knowledge of the French payment industry and technical environment is a plus.
• Excellent communicator both online and face-to-face.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Analytical skills with experience managing datasets.
• Attention to numerical details, formats and writing style.
• Strong problem-solving and creative solution development abilities.
• Ability to shift priorities in a matrix organization.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and delivery focus.
• Sense of synthesis, rigor and autonomy.
• Professional English level.
• French speaking (native or bilingual).

Responsabilités

• Drive the relationship with the Client for ACS service quality and metrics.
• Lead day-to-day service management tasks for the ACS service.
• Contribute to development and management of service contracts in client relations context.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly service reviews, client reporting, SLA tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead project management tasks and manage client engagements for transactional VAS.
• Identify opportunities and document client needs and business case developments.
• Collaborate with Products and Sales to propose Visa services to clients.
