Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record of managing existing portfolios and driving revenue.
  • Experience with technical SaaS products, especially API-based solutions.

Position Overview

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage your portfolio of existing clients
  • Build trust and establish excellent relationships with them
  • Identify opportunities for growth (upsell, cross-sell)
  • Negotiate and close expansion deals
  • Grow aggressively the total MRR of your portfolio
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team on identifying opportunities and maximizing your clients’ satisfaction

You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor. You are also a fierce negotiator, able to offer the best possible solution to our customer’s needs.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader:

  • Proved and consolidated 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS account management or customer success, with a proven track record managing an existing portfolio and driving revenue expansion.
  • You’ve sold to mid-sized organizations, where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature;
  • Experience working with technical SaaS products, especially API-based solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to sales.
  • You are both a skilled communicator and negotiator, able to articulate value and secure deals.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
  • You have a builder mindset and are comfortable with evolutive processes.
  • You are optimistic, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.
