Job summary

Airbus Operations SAS based in Toulouse, France, seeks a FAL A350 Process Performance Engineer to join the A350 Green Operational Performance team. You will drive process performance, line balancing, and shop floor analyses to secure on-time delivery with optimal resources.

The role involves coordinating with Design, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, maintaining STV databases, and coaching end-users on SLB usage. Entry-level experience welcomed and development opportunities highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Performance.
• Strong knowledge of Line Balancing drivers, constraints and time referentials.
• Proficiency in STV database maintenance and compliance checking.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Industrial Sequencing & Line Balancing: create and maintain Gantt charts and SLB.
• Secure & Monitor Line Efficiency to deliver within takt with optimized resources.
• Analyze Shop Floor Performance and VA/NVA observations.
• Interface with Design, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to translate requirements.
