Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse is seeking a Deputy Head of FAL Coordination (f/m) to join the A350 Coordination Plants & Suppliers team. You will drive coordination between group plants, external suppliers, and the A350 Final Assembly Line, providing operational support, OSW management, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to secure on-time and high-quality deliveries during ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to the team, driving SQCDP objectives, managing resources and skills, and animating cross-functional workshops.
• Lead the Ramp-Up Work Package by coordinating supplier detachment needs on-site (facilities, workspaces, industrial assets).
• Manage priority Outstanding Work (OSW) topics across internal/external stakeholders and oversee Quality Gate milestones.
• Drive Lean/AOS continuous improvement projects, including digital/AI project integration and reporting tools optimization.
• Facilitate best practice sharing and communication between Coordination Units and Production Groups.
