Job summary

Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks a FAL A350 Industrial Manager to lead industrialization and configuration management for the A350 final assembly line. You will secure conformity and on-time deliveries by coordinating changes across manufacturing, tooling, logistics and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading modification implementations in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of configuration control and build conformity.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, logistics and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead controlled modification implementation from instruction to repercussion sheet.
• Identify deltas between planned and build configurations; trigger corrective actions.
• Coordinate Change Implementation across manufacturing, logistics, tooling and supply chain teams.
• Drive integrated planning and manufacturing optimization for continuous flow.
• Monitor compliance with process attestation standards and KPIs.
