Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse is seeking an SLS Coordinator for the A350 Final Assembly Line. You will join the HSE department, coordinating local safety networks and steering EHS initiatives on the shop floor.

Candidate must have a BAC+5 in HSE/EHS, at least 3 years of experience, and strong knowledge of HSE regulations. Proficiency in English and project management skills are required. Airbus offers a permanent contract and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE/EHS roles.
• Master's degree (BAC+5) in HSE/EHS or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
• Project management skills and English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead the FAL Local Safety Support (SLS) network.
• Cascade EHS strategy across production units and functions.
• Support safety governance bodies and track EHS KPIs.
• Advise operational managers on EHS requirements and regulatory standards.
• Drive safety culture through field initiatives and continuous improvement.
