Job summary

Sanofi invites a 6-month Drug Product Development & Delivery internship in Marcy-l’Étoile to work in the mRNA Center of Excellence. You will help optimise manufacturing processes for messenger RNA vaccines in lipid nanoparticles and contribute to physico-chemical characterisation, formulation development, and process validation under senior mentors.

• Collaborate on improving the thermal stability of the finished product during manufacture and storage.
• Contribute to understanding the formation and structure of lipid nanoparticles.
• Support evaluation of lipid nanoparticle performance during drug administration.
• Suggest formulation strategies suited to production environments.

About the job As a Drug Product Development & Delivery intern within the mRNA Center of Excellence department, you’ll contribute to the optimisation of the manufacturing process for messenger RNA vaccines in lipid nanoparticles and to the associated physico-chemical characterisation. It supports all the Centre of Excellence’s mRNA vaccine programmes, from Phase 3 through to commercialisation, thereby helping to transform scientific innovation into vaccines that are accessible to patients.Ready to grow your skills while helping shape the future of healthcare?
