Job summary

Sanofi invites a 6-month Drug Product Development & Delivery internship in Marcy-l’Étoile to work in the mRNA Center of Excellence. You will help optimise manufacturing processes for messenger RNA vaccines in lipid nanoparticles and contribute to physico-chemical characterisation, formulation development, and process validation under senior mentors.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for messenger RNA vaccines encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles.
• Contribute to physico-chemical characterisation of lipid nanoparticles throughout the process.
• Support the implementation of online analytical methods compatible with different production matrices.
• Collaborate on improving the thermal stability of the finished product during manufacture and storage.
• Contribute to understanding the formation and structure of lipid nanoparticles.
• Support evaluation of lipid nanoparticle performance during drug administration.
• Suggest formulation strategies suited to production environments.
