Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leader for 3D data package production: drive the operational business, create value, and ensure delivery of 3D data packages.
- Hands‑on & Quality: assess the product and process to improve and secure 3D production activities.
- Team management: lead, coach, and empower the team; foster cross‑functional collaboration and inspire the team for effective teamwork.
Experience & Background
- 5–8 years of active experience in 3D data management, strong experience in 3D production and successfully managed teams delivering On Time, On Cost and On Quality for various customers (LSA, Tech data, MRO, Training, Innovation project for Mixed reality, …).
- Defined, structured and implemented the 3D production process; already worked in My CES, the Airbus helicopter Process management system.
- Administrative: 3D activities such as data preparation, data feeding, data quality check, data tagging – well‑known and performed.
- Comfortable with various IT systems managing Design data, 3D data, configuration data and mastery of required métier / tool interfaces linked to 3D model management.
Languages
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- French is essential for documenting and presenting technical data.
Strategic Thinking
- Understand the “Big Picture” of Integrated Product Support; advise management on the 3D data set within different helicopter program approaches, new development perspectives and different métier needs.
