QualityAI in the United States (remote) is seeking a Test Lead to guide testing strategy and coordinate activities across a growing team. You will drive quality across engagements and serve as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics and formulate go-no-go statements based on reports and metrics.
• Lead execution of planned test cases and ensure test results are recorded against the system.
• Develop detailed work plans for engagements, track status, and produce high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Coordinate all testing roles and responsibilities within teams.
• Oversee all Test, Test Tools Development, and configuration management activities.
• Act as main liaison between the team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure ongoing quality improvements and provide progress updates in daily meetings.

We are looking for a Test Lead to join our growing team in United States

US (remote)

• Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
• Presenting test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vsActing as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization
• Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
• Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients
• Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
• Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development, and configuration management activities
• Capability as a Test Lead(minimum 5+ years)
• Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)
• Experience in test planning and strategies
