Job summary

QualityAI, a leading AI-powered quality engineering company, is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design and manage AWS infrastructure from scratch. You will work with Terraform, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and CI/CD pipelines to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams, implement security best practices, automations, and cost-efficient architectures across projects in Île-de-France.

Qualifications

• Hands-on FIX Protocol and networking experience.
• Terraform and IaC to automate AWS resources (VPCs, Kubernetes nodes, Lambda, RDS).
• Knowledge of AWS services: IAM, EKS, ECS, networking, storage, and databases.
• Docker and container deployments experience.
• Ability to design and build AWS cloud solutions independently.
• Experience as Cloud Engineer/Architect in enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving with minimal direction.
• 2+ years Bash and Python scripting.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with FIX Protocol and networking, along with the ability to build and manage AWS infrastructure from scratch. You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, and other AWS services to develop secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.

You will also work closely with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support cloud projects and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Docker and support container deployments using Kubernetes (EKS) and ECS.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with FIX Protocol and networking.
• Strong experience with Terraform and IaC, including automating AWS resources such as VPCs, Kubernetes nodes, Lambda, and RDS.
• Good knowledge of AWS services, including IAM, EKS, ECS, networking, storage, and databases.
• Experience with Docker and container-based deployments.
• Ability to design and build AWS cloud solutions independently.
• Previous experience as a Cloud Engineer or Cloud Architect in an enterprise environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal direction.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Bash and Python scripting.

• Strong Terraform and IaC experience, with hands-on AWS infrastructure automation.
• Strong AWS knowledge, particularly IAM, EKS, ECS, networking, and Docker.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• AWS Associate or Professional certifications.
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA, or KCSA).
• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge and production experience.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and DevOps automation.
