Job summary

Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport is seeking a Welcome Office Agent to be the heartbeat of the guest experience, handling check-in/check-out, inquiries, and personalized service with warmth and energy.

You’ll join a team that values premium hospitality, adapts to a fast-paced environment, and prioritizes attention to detail to elevate every stay. This role includes evenings and weekend shifts and offers growth within the Strawberry group.

We’re looking for a Welcome Office Agent who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As part of our Welcome Office team, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience —ensuring every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out, and creating a space that feels both personal and premium. You bring energy, charm, and a genuine commitment to making each guest feel valued and inspired by their time with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Daily front office operations, ensuring every experience is smooth, from bookings and payments to handling guest inquiries
• Embody Clarion’s promise of style, quality, and energy in every interaction, consistently delivering high-quality, personalized service
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, elevated guest experience

This is a permanent position for approximately 30 hours per three weeks contract, with the flexibility for extra on-call shifts as needed to cover peak times with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
