Job description

Siivouksen esihenkilö role responsible for the operational planning and smooth execution of cleaning services at client sites. The candidate should be service-minded, customer-oriented, able to organize work efficiently even in busy environments, and have strong problem-solving skills.

The job requires previous experience in the cleaning industry and supervisory tasks, such as a service supervisor role, and a track record in profitable management of client relationships. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required; multicultural teamwork is common. Key duties include leading and motivating subordinates with exemplary leadership, coordinating day-to-day tasks, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining excellent client communication. Driving license is beneficial as a car may be required; possessing an industry qualification is advantageous.
