Job description

We are seeking a hands-on site supervisor for our client in the Greater Helsinki area. You are responsible and practical, with prior experience in industrial site supervision and the ability to organize daily operations.

Responsibilities include acting as a site supervisor at varied industrial projects in the capital region, from dockyards to factories. You will organize daily work and ensure schedules are followed. In addition to supervisory duties you will participate in heavy-duty vacuuming and high-pressure washing and be able to operate an suction vehicle. The job is physically demanding, so a good physical condition and a proactive approach are required.

Working hours are typically 07:00-15:30, but flexibility in hours is requested due to variable work.

We offer a permanent full-time contract, wage based on the facilities service collective agreement, varied tasks and supervisory responsibilities, and occupational health services.

The starting wage is negotiable based on experience, approximately 2500-3000 EUR per month.
