Job summary

Verrus seeks a Vice President, Business Planning & Performance to provide strategic leadership across its global operations and growth portfolio. The role partners with executive leadership to drive corporate planning, performance management and capital allocation.

The successful candidate will shape long-term value creation, oversee multi-asset portfolios and support critical investment decisions across finance, operations and commercial functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree qualification in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience within mining, metals, natural resources or capital-intensive industry.
• Experience in strategic planning, business performance, commercial management or related leadership functions.
• Knowledge of capital allocation, investment evaluation and value creation in asset portfolios.
