Job summary

Metso is seeking a Vice President, HPGR & Dry Grinding Product Group to lead a newly established division within Grinding Services. The role focuses on commercial growth, shaping opportunities, and aligning Services with Capital across regions.

Regular international travel is required, and you will build the team and capabilities to support growth. You will work with Market Area sales, technical service specialists, and engineering to convert opportunities and deliver lifecycle services for HPGR

Qualifications

Must-have:Commercial, product, service-business, or sales experience in mining equipment or similar industrial sector.
Must-have:Sufficient technical and market understanding of dry comminution equipment and services.
Must-have:A track record of growing an industrial equipment or services business.
Must-have:Experience using installed-base information to identify opportunities.
Must-have:Strong commercial judgement to balance growth and profitability.
Must-have:Experience working with regional sales organizations.
Must-have:Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial development of the global HPGR and dry-grinding service business.
Identify and develop service opportunities beyond incoming requests.
Guide market-area sales teams in progressing opportunities across regions.
Align Services and Capital around shared products and opportunities.
Develop a commercially active organization with clear priorities.
Build service offering and capabilities for vertical roller mills.
