Job summary

Metso is seeking a VP, Repairs Product Group to lead the global Repairs business within its Service Centers. You will drive profitable growth, shape the portfolio, and lead a high-performing, worldwide team while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence across centers.

You’ll collaborate across a global matrix organization to execute strategy, optimize capacity, and advance pricing, go-to-market, and customer value creation.

Qualifications

  • Significant leadership experience in industrial, services, manufacturing, mining or aggregates businesses.
  • Strong commercial & financial acumen.
  • Experience leading strategy execution, portfolio management, and operational performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the profitable growth and global P&L performance of the Repairs business.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing global Product Group team.
  • Define and execute the Repairs strategy in alignment with PSE and Metso priorities.
  • Drive Service Center footprint development, capability enhancement, capacity planning and capex.
  • Lead development and management of the Repairs portfolio, including go-to-market, pricing, sales enablement.
  • Drive operational excellence across the global Service Center network with PSE Operations & Market Areas.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and accountability for service center safety globally.
  • Ensure quality management excellence across Repairs operations.
  • Lead Repairs technical knowledge management and capability development with Product BL engineering teams.

We are looking for a VP, Repairs Product Group, to join our Service Centers organization.

Metso operates a global network of Service Centers that perform repairs and refurbishments on Metso and third-party equipment. Our repair and service solutions help customers maximize equipment productivity, safety, reliability, and lifecycle value. As VP, Repairs Product Group, you will lead Metso's global Repairs business and drive profitable growth through strategy execution, customer value creation, operational excellence, and portfolio development.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the profitable growth and global P&L performance of the Repairs business.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing global Product Group team.

  • Ensure quality management excellence and quality outcomes across Repairs operations.
