Job summary

Nokia in Espoo is seeking a Senior Executive Support Engineer to deliver discreet, high-level IT support to the CEO, GLT, and senior executives. You will anticipate needs, resolve complex issues end to end, and guide executives in adopting emerging productivity tools.

You will work with the CEO office and Nokia CIO teams to provide seamless support during daily operations, board meetings, leadership events, and international travel, in a high-visibility role demanding discretion and proactive

Qualifications

8+ years of IT support with ownership of complex issues through to resolution.
Experience supporting senior executives or VIP users in a corporate environment.
Expert knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools and advising executives on their use.
Discretion, professionalism and composure when interacting with senior executives.
Proactive and flexible approach, able to anticipate risks and adapt to changing priorities.
Availability for on-call duty outside regular hours and willingness to travel internationally and on short notice.
Professional proficiency in Finnish/Swedish and English; passport from a NATO member country.

Responsibilities

Own incidents and escalations for executive IT support through to resolution with internal teams and external providers.
Coordinate on-site technology support for executive meetings, events, office visits, and international travel, in collaboration with the CEO office, IT colleagues, and Security.
Act as a trusted technology advisor, helping executives adopt emerging productivity and collaboration tools.
Provide expert-level support across macOS and Windows environments, including mobile, tablet and PC, ensuring consistent service across devices.
Manage provisioning and lifecycle of executive devices and accessories complying with Nokia security standards.
Develop and maintain runbooks and continuous improvement plans for the executive support function.
