Job summary

EmMoi Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in Espoo is seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to join the Matinkylä team. This part-time role focuses on basic cooking and food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, well-organised kitchen.

You will support cooks with simple tasks, follow recipes, and ensure kitchen hygiene and safety. Prior experience with Vietnamese cuisine is valued, and flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese cuisine, including ingredients, herbs, sauces and preparation methods.
• Basic cooking skills and confidence working in a professional kitchen.
• Basic knife skills and safe handling of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, utensils and equipment.
• Keep kitchen, work areas and storage clean and organised.
• Assisting with daily food preparation and following recipes.
