Job summary

Metso seeks a Communications Specialist to join the Internal Communications and Functions team. You will support content creation across channels, lead video development, and help develop AI-driven communications tools.

You will collaborate with a global network, manage Viva Engage communities, and contribute to new formats while supporting events and analytics for impact. Hybrid work is offered, preferably based in Espoo, Finland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent university degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear editorial judgment.
• Experience creating content across channels (blogs, vlogs, podcasts).
• Proven filming and editing of corporate videos.
• Interest in AI-enabled formats and internal communications tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate editorial planning with global network and stakeholders.
• Manage filming and video-editing of internal videos and develop video studio use.
• Create and develop engaging content formats (blogs, vlogs, podcasts, AI-enabled formats).
• Manage editorial agents and bots to support communications processes.
• Experiment with AI tools and new ways of working in communications.
