Job summary

Metso Corporation seeks a Communications Specialist to join the Internal Communications team in Espoo. You will coordinate editorial planning, create engaging internal content, and lead video production to support a global network of Metsonites.

You will develop AI-enabled formats, manage the Viva Engage community, and drive channel analytics to improve reach and impact. Hybrid work is available with a temporary placement through Jan 2029.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications or related field.
• Proven ability to plan, edit and publish engaging internal content.
• Experience creating content across blogs, vlogs, podcasts and AI-enabled formats.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate editorial planning with the global network and key stakeholders.
• Manage filming and editing of internal videos and develop the internal video studio.
