Job summary

Lokki Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy's client seeks a Verification Lead to own verification and validation activities for advanced power electronics, working with R&D and testing teams across the product lifecycle.

The role is based in the Helsinki region with a hybrid model. Start as soon as possible for a 12-month engagement; employment is Commission-based. Only applicants residing in Finland will be considered. Experience with cross-functional and international teams is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, development, or testing of power electronic systems (e.g., frequency converters, drives, or similar industrial equipment).
• Understanding of applicable product safety standards and verification methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Lead and coordinate verification and testing activities across internal and external test facilities.
• Plan, execute, and oversee R&D and certification testing for new product developments.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to hardware and software performance.

For our client, we are looking for a Verification Lead. In this role, you will take ownership of verification and validation activities related to the development of advanced power electronics solutions, working closely with R&D and testing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Note! This application is only for individuals already residing in Finland, and relocation is not possible.
