Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Interest or experience in VAT or VAT Recovery.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct VAT reviews and audits to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Advise clients on VAT compliance and VAT-related issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Gather, analyze, and make recommendations based on customer data that improve operating efficiencies and costs.
• Analyze and interpret VAT regulations and legislation, supporting the delivery of accurate and timely advice to clients.
• Stay updated on the latest VAT developments and communicate their impact to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, legal, and tax departments, to ensure alignment and integrated VAT solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
