Job summary

Wolt is seeking a VAT Manager to join as an in-house advisor on VAT matters across the business. You’ll work closely with Finance, Legal, Business and Product teams, translating VAT rules into clear, practical guidance for the wider organisation.

You’ll provide VAT advisory support across multiple projects, review products and contracts for VAT treatment, identify risks, and support audits. CESOP reporting know-how is a plus, helping shape VAT advisory at Wolt.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in VAT advisory work.
• Experience with tax audits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate VAT rules into practical guidance.
• Background in financial services VAT and CESOP reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide VAT advisory support to multiple teams and projects across the business.
• Review new products/features for VAT treatment and implications.
• Review contracts from a VAT perspective, flag risks and suggest language.
• Identify, assess and manage VAT risks.
• Support VAT audits with coordination of authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with CESOP reporting and related obligations as SME.
