Job summary

Digitalist Group Plc in Helsinki seeks a UI/UX designer who combines strong digital design with AI-driven prototyping to create intuitive interfaces for complex services.

You will design interfaces from sketch to handover, build rapid AI-powered prototypes, and shape how users interact with AI features while collaborating with service designers and AI architects. Fluent Finnish and English are required, with Swedish a strong plus.

AI is changing how interfaces get designed and what they have to do. We are looking for a UI/UX designer who is at home on both sides: AI as a tool in your own work, and AI as something users meet on the screen.

DEX is a small senior design and consulting team, part of Digitalist Group Plc, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. We design services and digital products for companies and cities, working closely with their own teams.

Our company language is English, and most of our client work happens in Finnish. Fluent Finnish and fluent English are both required for this role. Swedish is a strong plus.

Where you will work

The role is based in Helsinki. Remote work is a real option, but we expect you at the Helsinki office during the first stage of your employment. We also have an office in Turku.
