We're looking for a commercially minded business transformation professional with a strong background in business development and a solid understanding of how data and AI can create business value.

This is a consulting role at the intersection of business transformation, AI, and client growth. You will work closely with executives and business leaders, helping them identify where AI can create competitive advantage, shape transformation initiatives, and turn ideas into concrete investments and execution.

As an AI Business Designer, you help clients understand how AI is changing their industry, where the biggest opportunities lie, and what capabilities are needed to capture them.

You are comfortable discussing AI investments with executive teams, but your experience comes from delivering change, not just advising on it. You have seen what it takes to move from strategy and pilots to real organizational adoption and business impact.

In a nutshell, you have:

• Strong experience in business development and business transformation initiatives where AI and data played a significant role.
• Experience facilitating strategic discussions and workshops with key decision makers while constructively challenging existing thinking and assumptions.
• Strong understanding of how organizations create value and how technology investments support business objectives.
• Practical understanding of AI and GenAI opportunities, limitations, and adoption challenges.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, technology companies, or large enterprises.
• Ability to identify opportunities, grow client relationships, and contribute to commercial success.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English. Finnish is considered an advantage.
