Job summary

NAPA Design Solutions seeks a Software Developer to advance NAPA Engineer, a next-generation naval architecture platform. You will build Windows desktop applications using .NET, C#, WPF, and XAML, emphasizing usability and a responsive UI.

You will work with AI coding agents as part of daily development, testing, and refactoring, collaborating with naval architects and UX designers in Helsinki. Hybrid work from our Helsinki office is supported.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, physics, naval architecture, or engineering.
• Completed basic studies and/or having a good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain NAPA Engineer, a modern design and computing platform for naval architects.
• Focus on application usability development with .NET, C#, WPF and XAML.
• Collaborate with AI coding agents in planning, writing, testing and refactoring code to improve delivery speed and quality.
