Job summary

NAPA Design Solutions is seeking a Software Developer to focus on application usability development using .NET, C#, WPF and XAML. You will develop and maintain NAPA Engineer, a modern design platform for naval architects, combining trusted calculations with a great user experience and powerful workflows.

You will work in an international team, interacting with software developers, naval experts, UX, DevOps, and sales. Helsinki office offers hybrid work; eligibility to work in Finland is required.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, naval architecture, or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience building native Windows desktop applications.
• Experience in UI design and using WPF, C#, and XAML.
• Experience with AI coding assistants or coding agents in real development work.
• Interest in NAPA’s maritime domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain NAPA Engineer UI using .NET, C#, WPF and XAML.
• Collaborate in an international team and shape AI coding agent usage.
• Work on Windows desktop applications with third-party components and a 3D graphics library.
• Contribute to usability improvements and design decisions in the product.
