Job summary

If Insurance is seeking a Lead Developer to blend hands-on coding with technical leadership. You will be the primary technical contact, guiding architecture, analysis, and delivery for a cross-functional team in the Nordic region.

You'll influence design choices across React/Next.js frontends, .NET/C# backends, and Azure-hosted platforms, while maintaining legacy ASP.NET Framework and Razor Pages apps. Expect a hybrid work setup and a focus on quality, automation, and production stability.

Qualifications

Experienced software developer combining hands-on work with leadership.
Strong with .NET/C# and modern web tech (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
Familiar with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-era delivery practices.
Comfortable in agile teams and in English; Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on development and solution ownership across the stack.
Guide implementation decisions, analyze requirements, and ensure maintainability.
Drive architectural decisions, pipelines, testing, and production support.
Mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices.
