We are now searching for a

Treasury Specialist

to join our team in Helsinki

Patria’s Treasury function is responsible for arranging the Group’s financing, managing liquidity, overseeing foreign exchange and interest rate risks, handling guarantee matters and producing financial reporting.

Job Description

As a Treasury Specialist, you will be important part of day-to-day treasury operations, including treasury accounting, foreign exchange transactions, payment processing, guarantees, cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of the Treasury team’s essential routines and ensuring that daily processes are handled accurately and efficiently. At the same time, you will be encouraged to continuously develop your own ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and help make treasury processes more effective. The specific content of the role will be determined based on the skills and interests.

What we consider as an advantage

• To have previous work experience in the Treasury function of an internationally operating group.
• A degree in Business (majoring in Finance or Accounting) and work experience in Finance.
• Understanding of the full spectrum of treasury and finance activities.
• Hands-on experience with treasury payments and cash management processes.
• Familiarity with treasury-related systems and tools.
• Knowledge of guarantees and related treasury arrangements.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end treasury operations function.
• Ability to take ownership and share expertise proactively within the team.
