Job summary

Patria is seeking a People Manager to act as a key interface between business and HR, supporting managers in achieving operational and strategic objectives. You will strengthen HR capabilities, drive HR processes and the operating model, and support workforce planning and the employee lifecycle.

You will handle complex employee relations, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to engagement and HR reporting to enable Patria's international growth and success.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in international environments.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR policies.
• Good understanding of labour law and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to align HR activities with business objectives and support organizational development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to leverage HR data to support decision-making.
• Experience in change management and implementing HR strategies and processes effectively.

Patria is strengthening its HR capabilities within the Protected Mobility business and is searching for a

People Manager

to act as a key interface between business and HR, supporting business and line managers in achieving both operational and strategic objectives. In this role, you will play a central part in strengthening HR capabilities and building a high-performing organization through effective people processes and practices.

As a trusted HR partner, you will support managers in all people-related matters and drive the implementation of HR processes, policies, and the HR operating model. You will contribute to workforce planning, provide coaching on leadership and people management, and support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to organizational changes.

You will also handle complex employee relations topics, participate in employee negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth interaction with employee representatives. In addition, you will drive employee engagement, support culture and competence development, and oversee HR reporting while continuously improving HR practices.
