Job summary

Kalmar, Tampere-based, is seeking a Trainee to join the Service Operations Development team. You will help develop digital tools and reporting to boost maintenance delivery efficiency and profitability, with data analysis supporting improvements. This fixed-term role runs roughly Oct 1st to end of Dec, starting in Tampere, Finland.

You will work with SAP, Qlik Sense and SQL, collaborating across EU offices to meet business needs and drive sustainable, global service excellence.

Qualifications

• Educational background in a relevant field (polytechnic or similar).
• Interest in heavy machinery and ability to learn industry processes.
• Proactive approach and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance delivery analytics and performance reporting.
