Job summary

Fazer Confectionery Operations seeks a Thesis Worker to conduct a master’s thesis while supporting the Confectionery Operations Business Control team in product costing. This is a full-time, fixed-term position ending on 31 August 2027, located in Vaarala, Vantaa and primarily onsite.

Approximately 60% of the role is dedicated to thesis work, with the remainder focused on costing processes and related tasks. Strong Excel and BI tool knowledge, and Finnish/English fluency are valued.

Qualifications

• Pursuing M.Sc. in relevant field; strong analytical skills required.
• Experience in business controlling is beneficial.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; solid MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product costing activities within Confectionery Operations Business Control.
• Contribute to the master's thesis on product costing topics.
• Report to the Director, Business Control, Operations; collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Work onsite at Vaarala, Vantaa.
