Job summary

ABB Smart Power in Finland seeks a Technical Sales Support Specialist to assist sales and customers with technical questions, trainings, and solution recommendations. The role can be located in Vaasa, Pirkkala or Helsinki, with a hybrid model and travel about 30 days per year.

You will support customers and sales on technical matters, coordinate trainings, and liaise with global teams to provide ABB solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in written and spoken Finnish language.
• Fluent written and spoken English language.
• 2+ years in electrical field with technical support experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Collaborative, solution-focused and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Aiding and supporting customers and sales with technical support.
• Finding optimal solutions to meet customer needs using ABB solutions.
• Maintaining and developing communication with global technical sales support teams.
• Developing and organizing customer trainings.
