Job summary

NG Nordic is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to own architecture, engineering practices and reliable delivery of customer-facing digital solutions. You will lead a small team and shape technical direction while collaborating with product owners and stakeholders.

The role combines hands-on development with architectural responsibility, offering hybrid work with occasional travel in the Nordics. Fluent English is required, Finnish an advantage.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software and solution architecture, including APIs, data and integrations.
• Experience leading technical solutions, mentoring developers or providing technical direction.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including maintainability, security, testing and technical debt management.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and explain technical choices and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical decisions for customer-facing solutions.
• Design and evolve the architecture of the customer portal, APIs and Yard app.
• Design and evolve data and integration architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and lead a small team of 2–4 developers.
• Ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions meeting quality expectations.
• Contribute to hands-on software development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
