Academic Work Finland Oy seeks an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to drive SAP-focused technical delivery in large, international finance technology programs. You will lead IT workstreams, coordinate architects and vendors, and ensure solutions meet business needs and architectural standards.
The role combines project leadership with SAP knowledge, enabling collaboration across Finance, IT and business stakeholders in a hybrid Finnish setting.

This position is particularly well suited to someone who combines strong project delivery skills with a solid understanding of SAP environments, enterprise applications and finance-related business processes.
You do not need to be a hands‑on SAP developer or configuration specialist. What matters is your ability to understand the technologies involved, challenge technical decisions when necessary, and ensure that the right people and solutions come together to deliver successful outcomes.
