Job summary

Helen Oy is seeking an AI Tech Lead for its Intelligent Workday solutions team. The role owns roadmap development for agent-based AI and supports progress with other AI developers.

You will identify AI use cases from business needs and shape clear requirements for new use cases, guiding solution owners across value chains in AI governance and prioritization. You will lead development efforts with a Scrum Master mindset, coaching teams, facilitating, removing obstacles and helping them move in

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in development leadership, facilitation or agile practices.
• Strong understanding of agent-based AI capabilities and use cases in business contexts.

Helps identify AI agent use cases from business needs and shapes clear requirements for new use cases. Guides solution owners across value chains in AI development governance, prioritization and practical advancement. Leads development efforts with a Scrum Master mindset: coaching, facilitating, removing obstacles and helping teams move in the same direction. Supports training, communications and deployment related to AI coworker themes. Regularly assesses evolving AI markets, models, technologies and suppliers to keep Helen aligned with technical progress and to justify decisions. Expected to have at least three years of experience in development leadership, facilitation or agile practices (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tech Lead). Strong understanding of agent-based AI capabilities and use cases in business contexts. Proactive communication with stakeholders and shared understanding of AI possibilities, limitations and practical impact. At least three years of experience leading development work, facilitation, or agile practices (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tech Lead).
