Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki is offering two Team Support Intern positions to join the Team Support & Events Team. You will help ensure smooth operations for Supercell’s teams, with no two days the same!

The role emphasizes service-minded, friendly and flexible attitude, readiness to juggle tasks, strong prioritization, and hands-on approach. On-site work and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background (e.g. management assistant, business, hospitality management).
• Some previous experience in administrative or office support roles, including daily operations, meeting scheduling, and coordination.
• Excellent coordination skills and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work onsite at Supercell HQ in Helsinki.
• Interest in technology and AI, with the ability and willingness to quickly learn and adopt new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel arrangements from booking flights and hotels to ground transportation arrangements.
• Team days and team offsites arrangements.
• Assisting with benefits related queries.
• Assisting with events.
• Assisting with other daily operations.
