Job summary

Supercell is seeking a Senior UX Designer for its Helsinki LiveOps Tooling team. You will own the end-to-end UX for internal LiveOps tools, partnering with game teams to uncover pain points and design intuitive, data-rich interfaces that streamline live-game operations.

You'll lead usability studies, collaborate closely with engineers and product managers, and drive user-centered design across multiple teams to deliver impactful tools.

Qualifications

• Senior UX Designer with experience turning complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Experience designing data-rich interfaces and multi-step workflows.
• Strong ability to validate designs through usability testing and user research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineers, PMs, and designers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX for internal LiveOps tools from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with game teams to identify pain points and improve workflows.
• Design solutions for complex operational problems across multiple teams.
• Lead product research via user interviews, observation, and workshops.
• Create information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactions for data-rich apps.
• Develop deep understanding of LiveOps domain and tool ecosystems.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to continuously improve UX.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality final product.
