Job summary

Rovio is seeking a Team Assistant for a fixed-term 12–14 months at our Espoo office. You will support team leads with travel and logistics, help organize internal team events, and maintain communications to keep Espoo teams connected.

Collaborating with the Senior Facility Manager, you will help sustain an excellent workspace, contribute to new projects, and handle day-to-day operational puzzles with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving when plans change.
• Strong service mindset and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Cooperative spirit; able to work independently or in a team.
• Fluent in English and Finnish (spoken and written).
• Comfort using G Suite to run operations.
• Willingness to work onsite at Espoo office five days a week.

Responsibilities
