Job summary

Elisa Viihde Development seeks a Team Manager to lead about 16 software engineering professionals, spanning junior to senior levels, across the development stack. You will focus on people leadership, growth, and evolving ways of working to deliver value for customers through cloud-enabled initiatives.

The role reports to the Head of Viihde Development and involves collaboration with product teams, stakeholders, vendors and leaders across Digital Services.

Qualifications

Several years of people leadership experience in a technology organization.
Experience leading hybrid and multinational teams.
Coaching leadership style with concrete examples of helping people grow.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach software engineering professionals in product development.
Support career development and growth discussions for team members.
Build an atmosphere of trust and motivation for best work.
Support wellbeing and psychological safety in a hybrid multinational environment.
Develop team practices and agile ways of working with other team leads.
Collaborate with Estonian colleagues, product, technology and business stakeholders to deliver value.
