Job summary

Clas Ohlson Oy seeks a Team Leader for our new Tampere Veska store. You will guide and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve strong sales results, leading daily store tasks and development efforts.

You will train staff, role-model energetic selling, and collaborate to maintain store performance. Finnish and English fluency is essential, with a vocational sales qualification as a plus.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience or a responsible salesperson role in retail or service sector.
Fluent Finnish and English, both speaking and writing.
Sales or commercial education is a plus.

Job description

Are you interested in working in a modern retail chain, in an inspiring and friendly team environment, where together we aim to find convenient and practical solutions for our customers? We are now seeking a Team Leader for our new store in Tampere Veska.

Your main task is to guide and motivate your team to perform effective selling and to serve customers better than usual.

You will lead and delegate daily store tasks, participate in their development, and train your team so that together you achieve excellent customer service and strong sales results. You will ensure the store’s commercial performance with your colleagues, and you will actively engage in sales and customer service by setting an example with your energetic approach.

You are a motivating supervisor with good collaboration skills. You are used to planning, implementing, and following daily store routines and sales KPIs. You bring a contagious enthusiasm for sales and lead with an encouraging style.

We hope you have previous supervisory experience or a responsible salesperson role in retail or service sector. You speak and write fluent Finnish and English. A vocational sales qualification or other commercial education is a plus.

Job quality, working time and pay

Job quality: permanent, full-time 37.5 h/week

Salary: retail sector TES B-table pay + 11% responsibility allowance. Example monthly pay with three years’ experience at year four around 2700 €/month. In addition to base pay, a bonus is paid according to the company guidelines and system in force at the time.

Start date: September 2026 / by agreement

Interview Process

First recruitment phase includes a short video interview. Invitations to those who progress will be sent by email. Based on the video interview, selected candidates advance to a personal interview, planned in week 37 (Thu-Fri).
