Job summary

Ruohonjuuri Oy in Lempäälä (Ideapark) seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will lead by example and support the store manager in daily operations, including visual merchandising and store presentation.

A genuine desire to grow in responsibility and contribute to a sustainable shopping experience is valued. The role is 25 hours per week, permanent, with salary based on the Retail TES and a responsibility allowance.

Ruohonjuuri Ideapark store in Lempäälä is seeking a capable and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. The role involves daily customer service and sales, leading by example for store staff, and supporting the store manager in operational tasks and in developing sales and visual presentation. The aim is to create an inspiring and pleasant shopping experience that supports business growth. You will work closely with the store manager and the rest of the team to ensure smooth daily operations. We value previous responsibility roles or key positions in retail, but the most important thing is a genuine desire to develop, learn new things, and contribute to an inspiring customer experience.

As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting sales and customer service in line with Ruohonjuuri's values
• Guiding the store team and setting a positive example
• Supporting the store manager in operational tasks
• Implementing the store’s visual appearance and product displays
• Developing and ensuring a compelling customer experience so customers leave satisfied
