Job summary

Neste is seeking a Team Lead for Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) for Oli products (OP) within the Supply Chain Steering team in Espoo. You will lead the Operative Steering Desk to maximise refinery margin and ensure security of supply while maintaining inventory compliance and turning monthly plans into daily operations.

The successful candidate will bring a technical or commercial degree, proven leadership experience in oil trading, supply chain planning or refinery operations, and fluency

• Technical or commercial degree is required.
• Proven track record in oil trading, supply chain planning, or refinery operations is required.
• Excellent coaching and people-management skills are essential.
• Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
