Job summary

Neste Oyj etsii Team Lead, Sales & Operations Execution -henkilöä Espooseen Oli-tuotteiden Supply Chain Steering -tiimiin. Vastaat Operative Steering Deskin johtamisesta, maksimoitojen jalostamon katteen ja varmistat toimitusvarmuuden sekä muunnat kuukausisuunnitelmat päivittäisiksi operaatioiksi.

Tehtävä vaatii teknisen tai kaupallisen tutkinnon sekä vahvan kokemuksen öljymarkkinoista, öljyntradingistä tai toimitusketjun suunnittelusta. Hyvä englannin ja suomen kieli ovat välttämättömiä.

Qualifications

• Edellytetään teknistä tai kaupallista koulutusta sekä kokemusta öljy- tai logistiikkasektorilta.
• Vahva ymmärrys öljymarkkinoista ja Porvoon jalostamosta.
• Sujuva englannin ja suomen kieli.

Responsibilities

• Johtaa KPI:tavoitteiden saavuttamista ja tiimin suorituskykyä.
• Tarjoaa päivittäistä johtamista HR-vastuineen ja urakehityksen ohjausta.
• Määrittää ja harmonoi operatiiviset standardit ja rutiinit.
• Kehittää järjestelmälliset perehdytysmenetelmät ja osaamisen vaihdon.
• Koordinoi osastojen välistä asioiden jaOnnettomuuksien hallintaa.
• Toimi L3-prosessin omistajana.

• The Team Lead, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) will lead the Operative Steering Desk for Oli products in Neste's Supply Chain Steering team in Espoo to maximize refinery margin, ensure security of supply and translate monthly plans into daily operations.
• You will provide daily leadership and HR responsibilities including coaching and career development, establish and harmonize operational standards and routines, coordinate cross-departmental incidents, and serve as the L3 process owner.
• Suitable candidates hold a technical or commercial degree with strong knowledge of the Porvoo refinery and oil market, and have proven experience in oil trading, supply chain planning or refinery operations, with fluent English and Finnish.
• Neste offers hybrid work with at least three office days per week and employee benefits in Finland (occupational health care, insurance and leisure benefits), and requests applications by August 31, 2026.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex cross-chain effects through extensive cross-desk expertise

• Well spoken and written English and Finnish is mandatory
